Over the past three years, we have proudly sold more than 100,000 units of our Dolphin Series Swimming Pool Heat Pump worldwide. ·  The compressor itself is equipped with thicker soundproofing material, and we’ve added a sealed noise reduction cover with soundproofing cotton, providing a second compressor insulation.

·  The metal panels around the compressor come equipped with the soundproofing material, creating an additional barrier to minimize noise further with the lowest sound pressure level of 32dB(A) at 1 meter.

 

Vibration Control

·  The compressor rests on a dual-layer vibration-dampening base to absorb high-frequency vibrations and enhance stability. The chassis is reinforced with thicker materials and strengthening ribs, preventing resonance.

·  The compressor is mounted using soft connections such as vibration-damping pads and rubber mats, which helps reduce vibrations by keeping it from directly touching the chassis.

·   The fan motor is securely mounted on a stable platform to eliminate vibration amplification, instead of mounting on the chassis directly.

 

Wider Running Range

The chassis now features a built-in chassis heating belt, allowing the Dolphin Series to operate reliably in temperatures as low as -15°C and as high as 43°C. This makes it perfect for a wide range of climates.

· Redesigned fan blades are larger and run at lower rotational speeds, reducing wind noise without compromising performance.
