NEWNTIDE Lab Center: CNAS Authoritative Certified

Recently, NEWNTIDE Laboratory Center successfully passed the CNAS laboratory accreditation review and obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment. This marks that NEWNTIDE Laboratory system hardware facilities, testing capabilities, and management levels have reached the international accreditation standards, being one of the recognized international laboratories.

● Authoritative Certification with High Standards

CNAS is a merger of the former China National Accreditation Board (CNAB) and the former China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (CNAL). In China, CNAS is the only representative party to join the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC), Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC), and Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (PAC).

At the same time, the National Accreditation Service (CNAS) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization (ILAC) signed the "ILAC Multilateral Mutual Recognition Agreement", which means that the test data results provided by the NEWNTIDE Laboratory Center for customers will be used by 100 countries around the world. It is recognized by international mutual recognition agencies in many countries and regions and has international authority and credibility.

At present, the proportion of in-house testing and calibration laboratories in China that can obtain CNAS accreditation is extremely low and even fewer in the heat pump industry. At present, the NEWNTIDE Laboratory Center covers an area of about 3,000 square meters, with a total of 16 laboratories, which are divided into upper and lower floors, including product performance laboratory and product evaluation laboratory.

The product performance laboratory has passed the -45°C ultra-low ambient temperature laboratory capability assessment, ETL certification, and SGS-accredited witness laboratory assessment. Each laboratory has multi-functional and multi-product test conditions, which can meet the reliability test of the development of a full range of products, and can conduct a series of test verification for each product, such as standard operating conditions, high and low temperature operating conditions testing, variable voltage testing, Noise test, vibration stress test, extreme working condition, reliability operation test, etc.

It is worth mentioning that the NEWNTIDE -45℃extreme low-temperature laboratory can simulate the weather of the Arctic and the Antarctic, and can be used for the reliability change research of air source heat pumps under extreme temperatures. It is one of the few in the industry that has passed the national -45℃ ultra-low ambient temperature laboratory capability assessment laboratory.

The product evaluation laboratory can test the corrosion resistance, aging characteristics, safety requirements, and related key performance characteristics of various raw materials to ensure effective evaluation and confirmation during the introduction of new raw materials and the change of existing raw materials.
