A New Model: Sunshine Series Finished CE, UKCA & ErP Certifications

This year, NEWNTIDE launched a brand new inverter heating and cooling heat pump, which is the star product of the home heating application. It's called the Sunshine Series and it's a monoblock unit. Covering a wide range of heating capacities including 4kW, 6kW, 9kW, 12kW, 16kW, 20kW, 23kW, 26kW, and 30kW, the unit is suitable for different house areas. Most importantly, we arrange testing with no delay and obtained CE, UKCA, and ErP certificates. The approval of its excellent efficiency performance and high safety has boosted customers' confidence in promoting their heat pump products in the European market.

CE Certification & UKCA Certification

CE marking is a mandatory certificate for heat pumps. With this certificate, the product can be sold in the European market. Obtaining CE certification certifies that the heat pump has been assessed to meet high safety, health, and environmental requirements. It is the premier and indispensable certificate for heat pump products.

After Brexit, the government mandated that UKCA (UK Conformity Assessment) be used as a product certification in the UK market to replace the original CE mark. Products entering the UK (England, Wales, and Scotland) market will require this certification.

The acquisition of these two certificates proves that the quality of this series of heat pumps has been officially certified, which promotes the sales and expansion of the products in the international market.

ErP Label with A+++ Rating

To improve the environmental performance of energy-consuming products and control the pollution of the ecological environment, the European Union officially announced the ErP directive on ecological requirements for energy-related products in 2009. Under the ErP directive, the Sunshine Series heating and cooling heat pump have undergone rigorous testing to achieve the top energy efficiency rating of A+++. It self-certifies with official test results that it retains high energy efficiency while maintaining energy savings.

The Sunshine Series heat pump is designed for efficient heating and cooling for indoor spaces, and sanitary hot water. The hot water can reach a high temperature of up to 60℃, enabling effective disinfection.

With an expansion tank, electric heater, and circulating pump, it is born for more accessible and flexible installation. Thanks to it, it saves the fee for the extra part purchase and other replacements for defective parts.

· High COP

Compared with a traditional DC inverter heat pump with the same heating capacity under the same running condition, Sunshine Series always shows a higher COP. It maintains higher heating capacity and COP at even lower ambient temperature, satisfying the demands in the whole winter season.
